Jefferson Carnegie Library New Statuary

There is a beautiful new addition to our library grounds on our left front lawn. The three children sharing a book are made of concrete with a coating to look like bronze. This beautiful statue has been donated to The Jefferson Carnegie Library from The DePew Family. It was quite an event today getting it set in place. Thanks to the help of Mr. Walker, JISD Superintendent, and four student power lifters for their strength and determination to get the job done. With our new outdoor lighting, it should shine brightly all day and into the night. Hope you'll check it out!
